“Which Bishamon product would you recommend for this application”

Application:
This manufacture processes a wide range of manufactured product that is used in their final assembly. Parts are delivered to the work cell in various sized boxes via fork lifts for processing.

Problem:
Workers have a difficult time reaching down into the container to pull the products out for processing. These manufactured components are of various size and weights and as you can readily see are quite difficult to access as the operator works down through the container. The workers must bend and reach as the load is removed.

Solution:
Perhaps the Bishamon AirPower Tilt table can be incorporated into the unloading process. The container must be placed on an AirPower Tilt table via a lift truck. The worker can now tilt the box to accommodate their comfort level for unloading.

Another option could utilize the Mobil Straddle Tilter that would straddle the pallet and raise as well as tilt for easier access. The desired result is less bending, reaching and stretching, reduced fatigue and improved productivity. What would you recommend for this application?
