Keep Up With OSHA! Let Conger Help!
One hundred people are killed each year by a forklift.
68,000 accidents occur every year!
Statistics show that over 70% of these accidents could have been avoided with proper training.
As of December 1st, 1999 under the revised OSHA Act (Powered Industrial Truck Training Standard 29 CFR 1910.178)(l), OSHA now mandates that ALL persons who operate forklift trucks be properly trained in accordance with the new standard.
Failure to comply with these new OSHA Regulations may result in fines!
