Your Forklift Parts Availability Questions Answered


When it comes to finding and needing parts to keep your fleet of industrial equipment running at full capacity, time becomes of the essence. You may have asked the question to yourself in the past, “why are some parts available immediately, while others I have to wait on?” This question gets answered and more as we sat down with one of our Parts Managers for a Q&A session to answer some of your most common questions about lift truck parts availability.


How likely are you to have the part I need in stock?

Finding and fulfilling parts orders is a process and the length of that process is determined by what we have in stock vs. what we do not have in stock. Some items such as new forklift filters, headlights and seat belts are common parts we would stock whereas many transmission parts, complete transmissions and engines we don’t. It boils down to parts popularity. The more common the part, the more likely we are to have it in stock.


How soon can I get my part?

If we have a part that is stocked at one of our three locations – Green Bay, Wausau, Neenah – typically your parts request will be fulfilled and ready for pickup within one hour. If you live a distance from one of our locations or have a busy day, we can ship the part via UPS to you the same or next day.

If you need a part that we don’t stock, it’s up to you to determine the time frame in which you want to receive that part. We are able to ship the part for overnight delivery or if you can wait, we typically are able to get it to you within two to three days.


I don’t have the knowledge to install the part I ordered, how soon can I get help?

If you need help installing the part that you ordered, we can usually get a service technician to your location within 24 hours. We know how important it is for you to keep your equipment moving.


What information about my lift truck do you need from me when ordering?

We want to make this the easiest ordering experience possible for you, so if you could provide us upfront with the make, model, and serial number of the equipment you need a part for, the easier and smoother the process will be. Any mast information when ordering a forklift part is also helpful.

When it comes to ordering parts for specific forklift attachments, you will need the model and serial number for that specific attachment along with the aforementioned make, model and serial number of the lift truck.


I don’t have a Toyota forklift, can I still get parts from you?

Absolutely! We have access to over thousands of different parts from all types of makes and models of forklifts, aerial lifts, sweeper scrubbers and utility vehicles. A common misconception is that we can only fulfill parts orders for the brands we are dealers for, which is furthest from the truth because we can get you a price quote and availability for anything.
