Cascade K-Series Fork Positioners allow operators to hydraulically adjust fork spacing from the driver’s seat. This makes it easier to handle different pallet widths and load configurations without repeatedly getting on and off the forklift to reposition the forks manually.

Available in capacities from 5,500 to 16,500 lbs., the K-Series combines fork positioning with sideshifting for more precise load alignment. A compact, high-visibility frame, center-mounted fork carriers, and corrosion-resistant components support dependable operation in warehousing, distribution, logistics, and manufacturing applications.

No-weld installation and compatibility with OEM load backrests help simplify installation. Multiple mounting classes, fork carrier widths, hydraulic controls, opening ranges, and frame widths are available to match different forklift and load-handling requirements.

Available Models:

  • 55K-FPS: 5,500 lb. capacity, Class II mounting
  • 65K-FPS: 6,500 lb. capacity, Class III mounting
  • 100K-FPS: 10,000 lb. capacity, Class III mounting
  • 120K-FPS: 12,000 lb. capacity, Class IV mounting
  • 150K-FPS: 15,000 lb. capacity, Class IV mounting
  • 165K-FPS: 16,500 lb. capacity, Class IV mounting

Capacities are rated at a 24-inch load center. Forks are not included with the attachment.

  • Allows operators to adjust fork spacing for wide and narrow pallets without leaving the forklift seat.
  • Combines fork positioning and sideshifting to support more accurate pallet engagement and load placement.
  • Eliminates repeated manual fork adjustments when handling different pallet sizes.
  • Helps reduce pallet and product damage by allowing the operator to align the forks with the load before entry.
  • Available in six capacity classes for light-duty warehouse trucks through high-capacity industrial forklifts.
  • Compatible with a variety of pallet configurations, carriage widths, and fork sizes.
  • Sideshifting fork-positioning design.
  • High-visibility frame for improved views over and through the attachment.
  • No-weld installation without drilling, tapping, or welding the forks.
  • Compatibility with OEM load backrests.
  • Center-mounted fork carriers.
  • Fork carrier configurations for 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, or 7-inch-wide forks, depending on the model.
  • Zinc-plated, corrosion-resistant components.
  • Class II, III, or IV mounting, depending on capacity.
  • Factory-adjusted flow restrictors for equal fork movement at the recommended hydraulic pressure and flow.
  • Bolt-on pallet protector and cylinder guard combinations.
  • Bronze bearings and lower hooks for abrasive or contaminated environments.
  • Cascade and OEM-compatible load backrests.
  • Custom load backrest heights.
  • Custom fork-positioning ranges.
  • Non-sideshifting configurations.
  • Radio Frequency, solenoid valve, or sequence valve hydraulic controls.
  • Quick-disconnect lower hooks.
  • Wide lower hooks for improved carriage engagement and under-clearance.
  • High-visibility configuration for select 55K models.
  • Top-mount or high-termination hydraulic connections on select models.
  • Lets operators position the forks without leaving the driver’s seat.
  • Reduces repeated climbing on and off the forklift when pallet widths change.
  • Helps avoid the back strain and pinched-finger risks associated with manually moving heavy forks.
  • High-visibility frame supports a clearer view of the forks, pallet openings, and load.
  • Optional hydraulic controls can add fork-positioning functionality to forklifts with limited auxiliary hydraulic functions.
  • Reduces the need for operators to handle and reposition forks manually.
  • Supports accurate fork placement before entering a pallet.
  • High-visibility construction helps operators monitor fork and load position.
  • Optional pallet protectors help prevent contact with pallet top deck boards.
  • Optional cylinder guards provide additional protection for hydraulic components.
  • The attachment is designed to position forks and should not be used to clamp loads.
  • The forklift and attachment combination must be operated according to the capacity shown on the truck nameplate.
  • Capacity range from 5,500 to 16,500 lbs. at a 24-inch load center.
  • Handles different pallet widths and configurations using hydraulically controlled fork movement.
  • Sideshift function helps operators align the forks without repositioning the entire forklift.
  • Compact frames provide visibility over and through the attachment at different lift heights.
  • Center-mounted fork carriers support controlled and balanced fork movement.
  • Rugged construction supports warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and other demanding applications.
  • Zinc-plated components provide resistance to corrosion in everyday operating environments.
  • No-weld design helps simplify installation on compatible forklift carriages.
  • OEM load backrest compatibility reduces the need for attachment-specific modifications.
  • The attachment arrives prelubricated and does not require lubrication during initial installation.
  • Accessible lubrication points support scheduled maintenance of fork carriers and sideshifter bearings.
  • Daily, 1,000-hour, and 2,000-hour inspection procedures provide a defined maintenance schedule.
  • Optional top-mount and high-termination hydraulics improve access to hydraulic connections.
  • Optional quick-disconnect lower hooks allow the attachment to be removed without hand tools.
  • Optional bronze bearings and lower hooks are available for abrasive and contaminated environments.
