The Cascade Single-Double Pallet Handler is a hydraulic forklift attachment designed to handle either one pallet or two pallets positioned side by side. In single-pallet mode, the attachment keeps the forks within the truck profile. When additional capacity is needed, the fork sets spread hydraulically to lift, transport and sideshift two pallets at once.

This flexibility can reduce the number of trips required for truck loading, pallet transport, warehouse storage and product staging. An all-steel frame, adjustable fork spread, bolt-on interchangeable forks and fully enclosed UHMW bearings provide a durable design that is also accessible for routine service.

  • Provides sideshift movement for aligning forks and pallets in trailers, racks and confined spaces.
  • Accommodates different pallet styles through adjustable fork-set spreads and opening ranges.
  • Combines load-handling flexibility with a design intended for high-cycle material handling applications.
  • All-steel frame designed to limit flexing and load deflection.
  • Open-frame design for visibility through and over the attachment.
  • Bolt-on interchangeable forks that can be replaced or rotated individually.
  • Full-length, fully enclosed wraparound UHMW plastic bearings that support the fork carriers and reduce bearing-surface wear.
  • Chrome pin-mounted inner forks for stable, consistent movement.
  • Adjustable fork-set spread for handling different pallet configurations.
  • Easy-access hydraulic cylinders for faster inspection and servicing.
  • Eight inches of total sideshift on listed sideshifting FDS configurations.

  • Independent fork-set control for moving either the left or right fork set separately.
  • Non-sideshifting configurations.
  • Load stabilizers or load hold-downs for applicable stacked-load applications.
  • Magnetic D-Bumpers for cushioning contact with pallets and damage-sensitive loads.
  • Clear sightlines help operators see the fork tips when approaching loads at floor, rack and trailer heights.
  • Sideshift movement helps operators align with pallets without repeatedly repositioning the lift truck.
  • Optional independent fork-set control provides additional positioning flexibility for unevenly placed loads.
  • Adjustable fork stops simplify setup for frequently handled pallet sizes.
  • Visibility through and over the frame supports more controlled fork placement.
  • Pin-mounted inner forks provide additional fork stability during positioning.
  • Optional magnetic D-Bumpers cushion contact with pallets and scratch-sensitive materials.
  • Optional load stabilizers and hold-downs are available for applicable single- and double-high loads.
  • Fork dimensions and opening ranges can be configured for the pallet construction being handled; plastic pallets may require modified fork dimensions.
  • Rated-capacity options range from 2,200 to 13,225 pounds at a 24-inch load center, depending on the selected model.
  • Available for Class II, Class III and Class IV forklift carriages.
  • Handles a single pallet or two pallets positioned side by side.
  • Listed fork lengths include 36, 42, 48 and 54 inches, with additional configurations available.
