The Factory Cat Model TR rider sweeper is able to pick up normally unreachable dust and dirt from cracks and corners. This floor sweeper was built to sweep factories: dirt, dust, metal shavings, foundry sand, bolts, paper, wood, whatever there is.

The Factory Cat model TR’s side brooms sweep up dirt in the corners while a huge tubular sweeping broom under the machine sweeps up the dirt and debris from the floor and packs it into the steel hopper. Meanwhile, the second stage vacuums up the dust and traps it in a polypropylene felt “baghouse” filter. This industrial floor sweeper can pick up whole bags of cement at a time without leaving a trace of dust behind.

Ride On

  • Ride-on design combines dual side brooms, a direct-throw main broom, and vacuum-assisted dust collection for large industrial areas.
  • Practical productivity of up to 59,406 square feet per hour helps crews cover expansive facilities efficiently.
  • Heavy-duty steel construction supports demanding applications such as sawmills, foundries, and fabrication shops.
  • Up to five hours of continuous sweeping runtime supports extended cleaning shifts.
  • Large 4.2-cubic-foot hopper reduces interruptions for debris disposal.
  • Two 19-inch side brooms pull debris away from walls, corners, and equipment.
  • 11-inch-diameter by 32-inch main broom uses a direct-throw design to load debris into the hopper.
  • Polymer-felt baghouse filter provides 5,192 square inches of filtration area with a 1-micron rating.
  • 280-cfm vacuum system captures airborne dust during sweeping.
  • 3/16-inch powder-coated steel chassis and steel-rimmed tires provide a durable foundation.
  • 24-volt power system with standard 240-Ah battery configuration.
  • Front-wheel drive with sealed, all-gear drive motor.
  • Aluminum diamond-plate footwell withstands frequent operator traffic.
  • Touchscreen controls with powered broom actuators or traditional gauges, toggle switches, and manual levers.
  • Battery configurations up to 420-Ah wet-cell or 390-Ah AGM to match runtime and maintenance requirements.
  • Overhead guard for applications where additional overhead operator protection is required.
  • Secondary exhaust filters for additional dust control.
  • Remote vacuum wand for collecting loose, dry debris under racking and in hard-to-reach areas.
  • Operator-controlled LED headlights, flashing strobe, and forward-alert floor spotlight.
  • Non-marking tires, stainless-steel hopper, heavy-duty bumpers, and application-specific broom fibers.
  • Optional 12-inch heavy-duty front drive wheel.
  • Adjustable steering column and seat help accommodate different operators.
  • Ride-on operation reduces the walking required to clean large facilities.
  • Optional remote vacuum wand lets the operator extend cleaning beyond the machine’s normal path.
  • Integrated hood storage keeps the optional vacuum system contained without adding a bulky external enclosure.
  • Steel front apron provides added protection around the operator’s foot area.
  • Large tie-down points help secure the sweeper during transport.
  • Optional overhead guard, LED headlights, strobe, and floor spotlight support operation in demanding facilities.
  • Optional heavy-duty bumpers help protect the machine around racking, posts, and other industrial obstacles.
  • Practical productivity of up to 59,406 square feet per hour and theoretical productivity of up to 75,000 square feet per hour.
  • Up to five hours of continuous sweeping runtime.
  • Variable travel speed from 0 to 3.5 mph.
  • Dual side brooms collect edge debris while the 32-inch main broom moves material into the hopper.
  • 4.2-cubic-foot hopper accommodates fine dust and larger industrial debris.
  • Operating sound level of 65 dB under the stated test standard.
  • Baghouse filter shaker helps clear accumulated dust from the filtration system.
  • Polymer-felt baghouse construction is designed for longer service life and greater dust capacity than paper panel filters.
  • Optional secondary exhaust filters can be removed for cleaning.
  • Optional vacuum wand collects debris in a disposable paper bag for cleaner handling.
  • Multiple battery types and broom fibers allow the machine to be configured around facility and maintenance needs.
  • Sawmills handling sawdust, wood chips, and larger wood debris.
  • Fabrication shops collecting metal shavings, dust, and production debris.
  • Foundries managing foundry sand, metal scraps, and dust.
  • Aggregate manufacturing facilities with sand, gravel, and fine particulate.
  • Warehouses and distribution centers with large floor areas and industrial racking.
