What’s the minimum rental period?
We have a minimum rental period of 1 day which means your business won’t be able to rent equipment for a couple hours at a time. We provide rental period rates for 1 day, 1 week, and 4 weeks.
If you’re looking to rent for more than 6 months, we offer a discount. Please contact us for details.
Do you offer delivery and pick-up?
Absolutely, we can deliver your forklift attachment and pick it up when the rental period is over. Just let us know when you’re done and we’ll schedule a time to pick it up!
Do you rent to private individuals?
Unfortunately, we only rent business-to-business at this time.
Does my company need insurance?
Yes, you’ll need to provide proof of a liability insurance policy before we can rent to your business.
What are the usage restrictions?
Equipment usage may not exceed 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or 160 hours per month. Overtime will be applied if actual usage hours exceed these usage restrictions.
Will my company need a credit account with Conger?
No, you can also rent equipment using a company credit card.
What is my company responsible for while renting?
You’ll be responsible for freight both ways (all prices are F.O.B. Conger) and any operational costs or damages incurred.
Additionally, equipment that’s returned excessively dirty will be charged a clean-up fee.
