Determine Your Height Needs
- How high do you need to reach?
- For straight-up vertical work → consider scissor lifts
- For reaching over obstacles or around corners → choose articulating boom lifts
- For maximum horizontal reach → use telescopic boom lifts
-
Consider the Work Environment
- Indoor jobs → electric-powered lifts (quieter, no emissions)
- Outdoor jobs → diesel or dual-fuel lifts (more power, rough terrain)
-
Check the Ground Surface
- Flat, smooth surfaces → standard scissor or boom lifts
- Rough, uneven terrain → rough-terrain boom lifts with 4WD
- Tight spaces → vertical mast lifts or compact scissor lifts
-
Account for Weight Capacity
- Do you need to drive the lift while elevated? Many boom lifts allow this; scissor lifts usually do not.
- Will the lift need to fit through narrow aisles or doors? Check width and stowed height.
-
Rental Duration & Budget
- Short projects → daily rental might be best
- Longer projects → weekly or monthly rentals can save money

Absolutely. Every aerial lift is inspected, serviced, and cleaned before it leaves our yard. We follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards to ensure each unit is in top working condition.
Before delivery or pickup, our team checks:
- Safety systems and emergency controls.
- Hydraulic and electrical components.
- Tires, steering, and brakes.
- Platform guardrails and gates.
When you rent from us, you can be confident your equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to work the moment it arrives.
Yes. For your safety and to comply with OSHA regulations, all aerial lift operators must be properly trained and certified before using the equipment.
Certification includes:
- Classroom or online training on safe operation.
- Hands-on practical training.
- Understanding of load limits, controls, and emergency procedures.
If you don’t have certification, give us a call — we offer certified operator training to get you ready and compliant before your rental.
Our aerial lifts are designed to operate on a variety of surfaces, but the type of lift determines where it performs best:
- Rough-Terrain Boom Lifts: Equipped with large, rugged tires and 4WD for uneven, dirt, gravel, or construction sites.
- Standard Scissor Lifts & Electric Boom Lifts: Best suited for flat, smooth surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or indoor floors.
- Vertical Mast Lifts: Ideal for tight indoor spaces with smooth flooring.
Always check with our team if your job site has unique ground conditions — we’ll help you choose the right lift for safe and efficient operation.
Delivery and pickup are not included in the rental price and are charged separately.
When you book your aerial lift, we’ll provide a clear quote that includes any delivery and pickup fees based on your location and equipment needs, so there are no surprises.
If you prefer, you can also choose to pick up and return the equipment yourself at our facility.
We understand equipment issues can disrupt your work. All normal breakdowns are covered under the rental contract, unless the problem is deemed to be caused by damage or abuse.
If the lift breaks down:
- Contact us immediately so we can assess the situation.
- We’ll provide troubleshooting support over the phone if possible.
- If needed, we’ll send a technician to repair or replace the equipment as quickly as possible at no charge to you (except in cases of damage or abuse).
- We’ll also work with you to provide a prorated credit or replacement unit to minimize your downtime.
Your safety is our priority — never attempt to repair the equipment yourself. Always report any problems right away.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount on rentals of 6 months or longer. This discount is communicated either at the start of the rental or when you contact us to express interest in a longer rental period.
