When you book your aerial lift, we’ll provide a clear quote that includes any delivery and pickup fees based on your location and equipment needs, so there are no surprises.

If you prefer, you can also choose to pick up and return the equipment yourself at our facility.

We understand equipment issues can disrupt your work. All normal breakdowns are covered under the rental contract, unless the problem is deemed to be caused by damage or abuse.

If the lift breaks down:

• Contact us immediately so we can assess the situation.
• We’ll provide troubleshooting support over the phone if possible.
• If needed, we’ll send a technician to repair or replace the equipment as quickly as possible at no charge to you (except in cases of damage or abuse).
• We’ll also work with you to provide a prorated credit or replacement unit to minimize your downtime.

Your safety is our priority — never attempt to repair the equipment yourself. Always report any problems right away.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on rentals of 6 months or longer. This discount is communicated either at the start of the rental or when you contact us to express interest in a longer rental period.
