The Cascade Bin Retainer holds compatible bins in place during rotation, giving lift trucks added versatility for inverting and dumping applications. The lightweight agricultural model handles plastic and wooden bins, mounts to a Class II carriage and is rated for 400 lb at a 24-inch load center. For heavier applications, custom hydraulic configurations provide capacities from 3,000 to 10,000 lb across Class II, III and IV mountings. A chamfered pickup bar, stable lower hook and adjustable hold-down design help operators engage bins efficiently. Available arm lengths, vertical ranges, hooks and horizontal bars allow the retainer to be matched to specific bin geometry.

  • Wide lower hook provides stability beneath the bin.
  • Heavy-duty upper fork hook helps hold the bin during rotation.
  • Lightweight hold-down bar adjusts in 3/4-inch increments.
  • Hydraulic models use an 18-inch-wide retainer hook with a 2.5-inch inside depth and 2-inch inside height.
  • Increased vertical range for the lightweight configuration.
  • Shorter or longer horizontal arms for different bin dimensions.
  • Optional hydraulic fork-bar widths for application-specific setups.
  • Optional rubber-faced hook, horizontal bar and side fork stabilizer.
  • Sequence-valve configuration can operate the hydraulic retainer and rotator from a single truck function.
  • Chamfered front bar helps the attachment enter beneath the bin during pickup.
  • Pin-position adjustment allows the lightweight hold-down bar to be set for the bin height.
  • Fork lock must engage a serviceable carriage notch, and the retaining clip must secure the hold-down bar hitch pin.
  • Bins without square corners may require a horizontal bar in addition to the hook to help prevent slippage during rotation.
  • Truck, attachment and fork capacity must be verified against the applicable nameplate before handling a load.
  • Lightweight 40D-BRF-01A model is rated for 400 lb at a 24-inch load center.
  • Hydraulic 30G-RLH through 100G-RLH models are rated from 3,000 to 10,000 lb at a 24-inch load center.
