Quick Turnaround

Need it now? We strive to get you up and running on your project ASAP.

What’s the minimum rental period?

We have a minimum rental period of 1 day which means your business won’t be able to rent equipment for a couple hours at a time. We provide rental period rates for 1 day, 1 week, and 4 weeks.

If you’re looking to rent for more than 6 months, we offer a discount. Please contact us for details.

Do you offer delivery and pick-up?

Absolutely, we can deliver your forklift and pick it up when the rental period is over. Just let us know when you’re done with the lift truck and we’ll schedule a time to pick it up!

Do you rent to private individuals?

Unfortunately, we only rent business-to-business at this time.

Does my company need insurance?

Yes, you’ll need to provide proof of a liability insurance policy before we can rent to your business.

What are the usage restrictions?

Equipment usage may not exceed 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or 160 hours per month. Overtime will be applied if actual usage hours exceed these usage restrictions.

What’s the difference between cushion tires and solid pneumatic tires?

Cushion tires are made of solid rubber and best suited for concrete floors indoors. Solid pneumatic tires are large traction tires that can be used on multiple types of terrain. For more information, you can read our forklift tire guide.

If you’re looking for a forklift for off-road use, please contact us.

Will my company need a credit account with Conger?

No, you can also rent equipment using a company credit card.

What is my company responsible for while renting?

You’ll be responsible for freight both ways (all prices are F.O.B. Conger) and any operational costs like fuel, damages incurred including flat tire repairs or replacements, and forklift attachments. If you rent an electric, your business is responsible for watering the battery and setting the charger up.

Additionally, equipment that’s returned excessively dirty will be charged a clean-up fee.

You can view our full terms and conditions here.

Will my business be charged for additional items or accessories?

The short answer? It depends.

Forks are included in the cost of your forklift rental. However if you’re looking to rent a second set of forks, there will be an additional cost.

When renting an LPG forklift, the cost of the LP tank is $25, but you’re not required to rent one if you have tanks at your facility. You’ll also be responsible for refilling the tank.

Diesel and gasoline equipment is shipped full of fuel unless otherwise communicated. Fuel used and not replaced will be invoiced.

If you’re renting an electric forklift, the cost of the battery and charger is included in your daily, weekly, or monthly rate. Keep in mind you can also rent batteries and chargers individually.
