The Cascade J-Series Doublewide Carton Clamp is designed to handle wide palletless loads weighing up to 2,500 lb at a 24 in. load center. Its opening range reaches 102.5 in., while thin, tapered arms help operators work between closely stacked products.
Through-frame visibility, equal arm movement and integrated sideshift support precise load engagement and placement. High-strength steel construction, lubrication-free UHMW bearings and accessible hydraulic components help the attachment stand up to demanding manufacturing and distribution work. Custom frames, arms, contact pads and damage-reduction systems allow the clamp to be configured for products ranging from paper goods and appliances to packaged foods and electronics.
