Cascade C-Series Camera and Sensor Forks give lift truck operators a live view from the fork tip for more precise load engagement and placement. Camera Forks combine high-resolution video, low-light assistance and fork-angle information, while Sensor Forks add distance sensing and vertical object detection. An 8-inch touchscreen presents the camera image, targeting references and available sensor data where the operator can readily see them. Wireless models provide up to 50 ft. of communication and approximately 12 hours of battery operation, with hardwired configurations also available. Multiple capacities, fork lengths and mounting arrangements support applications ranging from warehouse racking to specialized boat handling.
  • Live fork-tip video helps operators align forks when the load or pallet opening is difficult to see.
  • Sensor Fork models add distance sensing and vertical object detection to show where the fork meets the load.
  • Supports precise handling in high stacking, double-deep racking, low-light environments and other visibility-limited applications.
  • Improved fork placement helps reduce damage to products and pallets.
  • 2 MP camera embedded in the fork tip with low-light illumination assist.
  • Adjustable camera field of view with 20 degrees of horizontal movement and 8 degrees of vertical movement.
  • 8-inch touchscreen display with 1280 x 800 resolution.
  • Adjustable horizontal and vertical targeting lines with a fork-tilt angle indicator.
  • Camera assembly and wiring protected within the fork shank.
  • English, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish display languages.
  • Sensor Fork models include adjustable distance triggers, vertical object detection and on-screen sensor indicators.
  • Wireless and hardwired configurations.
  • Low-profile configuration for trucks equipped with load backrests.
  • Fork-mounted or remotely mounted battery pack configurations.
  • Auxiliary 130-degree camera with forward- or rearward-facing views.
  • Drop-shank forks for specialized applications such as boat handling.
  • Custom fork lengths, cross-sections and mounting configurations upon request.
  • Automatic camera switching, screen blanking, lens protector kits, additional batteries and battery chargers.
  • Adjustable RAM-mounted display positions the touchscreen within convenient reach and view of the operator.
  • Wireless models eliminate the need to route camera cables over the mast.
  • Manual camera selection lets the operator switch between the fork-tip and auxiliary camera views.
  • Fork-tip video and targeting references give operators a clearer view during load engagement and placement.
  • The camera system supports load-handling visibility but is not designed to serve as a navigational aid.
  • C-Series configurations provide rated capacities from 5,500 to 18,000 lb at a 24-inch load center.
  • Wireless communication reaches up to 50 ft. (15 m) with minimal obstructions.
  • Rechargeable 15V lithium-ion battery provides approximately 12 hours of continuous operation.
  • Cross-talk protection can support more than 25 units at one site under optimal communication conditions.
  • Fork components are rated IP67, while the operator display is rated IP65.
  • Wireless battery can be changed without tools and charged in less than three hours under specified conditions.
  • Camera electronics contain no moving mechanical components and are potted to withstand shock loads.
  • Chemically hardened lens cover helps resist scratching and cracking.
  • Warehousing and distribution.
  • High-bay storage and double-deep pallet racking.
  • Bagged-goods handling.
  • Label-reading operations.
  • Clean-environment material handling.
  • Boat and marine handling.
