The RAVAS RCS Hy-Q-52 adds hydraulic weighing to forklift trucks, reach trucks, and stacker trucks with capacities from 5,000 to 20,000 lb. Its mast-mounted sensors monitor carriage movement while the system samples hydraulic pressure approximately 1,000 times and calculates an average weight.
A 5-inch full-color touchscreen guides operators through gross/net weighing, tare, ID-code, and totalizing functions.
The system supports USB, RS232, Wi-Fi-ready expansion, and connectivity with the RAVAS Indicator App. Installation requires no manifold block, and the scale can be used with rotators and clamps.
